Hello, I’m Gill, a Registered Nutritional Therapist, with a special focus on perimenopause and healthy ageing. I’m here to help you navigate midlife with more energy, ease, and clarity - so you can feel good in your body and confident in your next chapter.

Navigating perimenopause — and everything that comes with it — can feel unsettling. Maybe your energy has dipped, your sleep is all over the place, or you just don’t feel quite like yourself anymore. You’re not the only one feeling like this — and you certainly don’t have to navigate it solo, as it can feel like a minefield.

I work with women in midlife to explore how nutrition and lifestyle can support this transition — not with rigid rules or quick fixes, but with realistic, compassionate care tailored to you. Whether you're already in the thick of perimenopause and want some support with your symptoms, or you're in your 40s and want to be better prepared for what's ahead, I can help.

I support women to feel more energised and empowered in their transition to menopause, through simple and achievable diet and lifestyle advice. Together, through a bespoke nutrition plan, we’ll aim to:

  • Support weight management during hormonal shifts

  • Relieve joint pain and reduce inflammation

  • Improve sleep quality and stabilise your mood

Every woman experiences hormonal changes in her own way, which is why I tailor my advice to your unique needs. Perimenopause can bring a host of physical and mental challenges – from changes in your cycle, fatigue, low mood, brain fog, hot flushes, and night sweats. I also support women with urinary and vaginal changes.

Work With Me

  • Taster 6 weeks

    This is a good introduction if you have no major health issues but want to refine your diet and set the stage for a smooth transition into menopause. It involves a single consultation followed by a follow‐up session, with the option to extend to one of the longer programmes if needed.

  • Reset 3 months

    This programme is ideal for kick‐starting your health. Together, we'll establish a solid foundation for nurturing your gut and hormones, paving the way for lasting changes. We’ll review your current health, history, diet, test results (if available) and supplements, and work collaboratively on sustainable improvements.

  • Thrive 3 months

    If you’re dealing with with a specific health concern or simply want more support and accountability, this programme is for you. By observing patterns in your health, we’ll uncover the roots of your symptoms and provide clear, actionable steps after each session. Over the course of three months, we’ll thoroughly explore your health – introducing functional laboratory tests for deeper insight if necessary.
